THRASH METAL
Testament es una banda de Thrash Metal oriunda de California, formada en el año 1983. Varios músicos han pasado por esta banda, como tambien varios problemas han tenido por parte del publico de los años 90 (que una parte considerable de oyentes se fueron mas por el lado Grunge que por el lado Thrash); hasta se separaron por un tiempo. Actualmente estan en los escenarios con un disco nuevo, y con un basto exito. Hasta el momento tiene tres discos que entraron en el Top-50 en las listas inglesas, en 1999 con el disco "The Gathering" entró en el Top-50 alemán y también varios discos con mucho éxito en Estados Unidos.
Formacion Actual: Chuck Billy (vocal), Eric Peterson (guitarra), Alex Skolnick (guitarra), Greg Christian (bajo), Nick Barker (bateria), Paul Bostaph (en la grabacion de "The Formation of Damnation" ).
Por algunos inconvenientes, no pude subir su cuarto album "Souls of Black", pero luego lo hare, para el que lo desee. Disfruten y al grano

Hirax es una banda estadounidense de thrash metal del Condado de Orange. Comenzó en 1984 bajo del liderazgo del vocalista Katon W. De Pena, quien es la característica mas distintiva de la banda y el único miembro original que sigue con la banda, la banda tocaba en Los Ángeles y en San Francisco con las otras nuevas bandas de thrash metal como Metallica, Exodus, y Slayer. Hirax era un ejemplo claro de el genero Thrash/speed metal/crossover
